Do you offer special packages for elopements?
Yes. I have a fierce love for elopements and create custom packages for each couple depending on their vision for their big day. I offer full adventure elopements that include all logistical planning, permit acquisition, officiant, florals, and celebratory bubbles + snacks. Basic elopements include logistical planning; permit acquisition, and 4 hours of coverage. Pricing starts at $2000. If you are interested, please fill out the contact form and we can plan a time to chat!
Do you shoot alone or do you have a second photographer?
I offer different choices in packages that include both one and two photographers. That being said, I have been shooting weddings for the past 11 years and am very confident in my ability to document any type of wedding day. Adding a second shooter is always an option and pricing is determined by the number of hours of coverage as well as location.
Do you travel for weddings or elopements?
Yes. I have had the privilege of traveling to some of the most beautiful locations to photograph weddings and elopements. If you have a place in mind or need recommendations, reach out via the contact page and we can start planning!
How many images will we receive from our wedding day?
I typically deliver between 70-100 images per hour of wedding coverage. Images are delivered in a password protected online gallery. From the gallery, you may share, download, or purchase prints of any of the images.
What is your approach to photographing a wedding?
First and foremost, I am a storyteller and a lover of love stories. Getting married is (BY FAR) the greatest adventure you will ever embark upon and I want to be there to capture it from the get-go. It is INCREDIBLY important to me that there is a connection with each couple I photograph. When a couple and I have a relationship a bond of trust is formed. It is that trust + connection that fosters an environment for each couple to feel relaxed + at ease in front of my camera: couples can be themselves → which leads to emotive imagery.
My shooting style is very photojournalistic in nature. I prefer to be a part of your wedding - to be behind the scenes - to capture all those candid moments. I have a jovial personality and enjoy being around + meeting all kinds of people. I'll laugh with you; I will flow some Vince Staples with you, and I will guide you + help you if you need anything. When I interact with guests, I do so in a lighthearted manner to make them feel comfortable → like they're in the presence of an old friend.
Let's talk about all the details. I LOVE wedding details and I will snap photos of all the pretty things (as I know that a great amount of thought went into including them in your big day).
Your wedding day will be filled with joy, laughter, tears + all the in-betweens. My goal is to capture your day - in its entirety - so that your collection of wedding images will bring you back to your amazing day whenever you view them.
Tell us more about your editing.
In one word: timeless. Editing trends come and go (and trust me, I have SEEN them all). After much trial and error regarding editing, I have a distinct style that accentuates the beauty of the environment, [my photos have GREEN in them], true to life skin tones, and an added pop of contrast to create a series of images that transcend time (and shitty editing trends).
